1. Acceptance of Terms By using StoryReel AI — including creating an account, generating content, uploading assets, or rendering videos — you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. User Responsibility for Content You are solely responsible for all stories, prompts, scripts, images, logos, voice, audio, brand assets, videos, and any other content you upload, generate, render, publish, or share. You must have all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and releases for any content you submit or produce.

StoryReel AI is a tool provider and is not the publisher of user-generated content.

3. AI Output Disclaimer AI-generated scripts, storyboards, captions, voiceover, images, and videos may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, infringing, or unsuitable. You must review and verify all AI outputs before publishing or relying on them.

4. Content Rights and Limited License to Process You retain ownership of your content. By using StoryReel AI, you grant us a limited license to host, process, transform, render, store, display, and transmit your content solely to operate and improve the service, provide support, prevent abuse, and comply with law. This license terminates when you delete your content or close your account.

5. Prohibited Content You may not upload, generate, render, or share content that: - Is illegal, infringing, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or abusive - Is deceptive, misleading, or constitutes fraud - Is sexually explicit, exploitative, or unsafe involving minors in any way - Constitutes impersonation or fake endorsements - Is spam, malware, or designed to abuse platform systems - Violates any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights

6. Watermark and Free Plans Free plan renders may include a StoryReel AI watermark. Paid plans may remove the watermark depending on plan, account status, and admin settings.

7. Payments, Credits, and Refunds Plans, credits, pricing, failed renders, refunds, and adjustments are subject to posted policies and support review. Credits may be deducted for successful render jobs as disclosed in the app.

8. Account Suspension and Removal We may suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, limit rendering, or deny service for violations, abuse, fraud, payment issues, or to maintain platform safety.

9. Third-Party Services StoryReel AI uses third-party services for hosting, storage, payments, AI processing, rendering, analytics, authentication, and support. We are not responsible for third-party service failures or data practices.

10. Limitation of Liability The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, StoryReel AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. You are solely responsible for publishing decisions and downstream use of generated content.

11. Indemnification You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless StoryReel AI from claims arising from your content, rights violations, misuse, or breach of these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms and will communicate material changes by updating the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
